Reservations
In order to accommodate all your service choices, may I please suggest making your appointment as far in advance as possible.
Promptness
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. For you enhanced comfort and relaxation, I ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the appointment time so that the treatment will not be rushed. Late arrival will limit the time of your treatment thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Unfortunately, your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not kept waiting. Full value of your treatment will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask my valued clients to please respect the cancellation policy so that the time will be available for other clients.
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advanced prior to your reservation to have it cancelled.
